The Canadiens continued their Stanley Cup ® dominance in the 60’s as they began the decade winning their fifth straight championship and would go on to win four more. The Maple Leafs also enjoyed great success collecting four Cups, including the last cup of the “Original Six" TM era. The league doubled in size for the 1967-68 season adding teams in Philadelphia, Los Angeles, St. Louis, Minnesota, Pittsburgh and Oakland.
